Cyera agrees to acquire Ryft, an Israeli startup building automated data access and governance tools for enterprise AI deployment, sources say for $100M-$130M  —  Ryft, founded in 2024, raised $8 million before the deal and has built tools for automated data access and governance in AI environments.
