AMD unveils its EPYC Bergamo CPUs, offering up to 128 Zen 4C cores for cloud-native servers and data center platforms  —  AMD's EPYC Bergamo CPUs break official ground today, offering up to 128 Zen 4C cores to cloud and data center servers.  The Bergamo chips are designed to offer higher density in an efficient chip package.
