Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said Friday that the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) should stay in Texas permanently, as he touted the state's COVID-19 approach that conference Chairman Matt Schlapp said was part of the reason he chose to host an extra conference in Dallas.
